Precision cutting solutions.

Rates

The rates for waterjet cutting vary from project to project. The minimum an estimate will ever be is $50 assuming all other fees are not required to complete your job. Check out the rates below to get a better understanding of what you may need in order for us to provide you with the best waterjet cutting service we can.

$50

Minimum Fee for waterjet cutting

It takes a lot of effort to setup the waterjet in order to cut something less than the minimum fee. No matter how big or small or thick or thin there is a minimum requirement of no less than $50 for a waterjet cut.

$50

Loading Fee for waterjet table

Larger and heavy materials take time to get on and off the waterjet table safely. For materials weighing more than 50 lbs. or larger than 48" x 48" a loading fee is applied to the waterjet estimate.

Material Sourcing For You

Unfortunately we do not stock materials for our customers but can recommend suppliers. If you need us to source the material for you there is a material sourcing fee applied. This fee does not include the price of the material required or the supplier's shipping fee.

CAD Design & reverse engineering

Varies by job. All drawings always require some preparation to be water jet cut. Some drawings take longer than others depending on size, complexity, and quantities. We can also create the CAD design from a physical example, a technical drawing, hand drawing, or convert it from a digital file. If your project required very little preparation by providing a DXF, DWG, or importable PDF file this fee would be waived.

Request an Estimate

In order to receive an accurate estimate there must be a CAD file created for the machine to calculate the time required to complete the job. In addition to any rates that apply to a project the estimate is based on how long each waterjet cut requires. Time is based on a number of variables like the type of material being cut, the thickness of the material, the quality of the finished cut, as well as the quantity of parts being cut.
